Anthropic is seeking a Research Manager for the Horizons team in San Francisco. This role involves collaborating with the research lead to drive the team's success by translating research ideas into actionable goals and overseeing their execution. The Research Manager will also support team members, drive recruiting efforts, and maintain a deep understanding of the team's technical work and its implications for AI safety.Role involves:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a research or technical environment.

• Passion for AI safety.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
