Role Involves: - Creating educational content for Claude's capabilities.

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine content.
- Designing educational content templates.
- Transforming technical features into learning modules.
- Testing and iterating on educational approaches.
- Establishing quality standards for technical content.
- Creating educational pathways for developers.
- Influencing product decisions based on developer needs.
- Driving strategic decision-making around developer learning.
Requirements: - 8+ years of relevant technical education experience.
- Experience creating multimedia educational content.
- Experience developing technical cookbooks, code examples, or tutorials.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into hands-on learning experiences.
- Deep technical aptitude and coding skills.
- Comfort creating content for foundational capabilities and frontier ML research.
- Experience partnering with developer relations teams.
- Creativity and curiosity in exploring new educational methods.
- Ability to balance experimental approaches with practical needs.
- Ability to work across teams to connect product capabilities with education.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
