Anthropic is seeking a Compute Capacity Strategy and Operations team member to support compute capacity planning and allocation strategy. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize resource utilization and enhance the customer experience.Responsibilities:

• Executing and maintaining capacity planning models.
• Supporting new product launches as a compute expert.
• Serving as the key point of contact for go-to-market capacity planning.
• Supporting the creation of regular capacity forecasts and quarterly planning processes.
• Addressing strategic questions related to compute capacity.
• Gathering and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, business operations, strategy, or related roles.
• User-focused mindset and commitment to Anthropic's mission.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to convey technical topics in simple terms.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
