• Leading and developing a high-performing team of data scientists.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Compute, and Finance leadership.
• Driving product strategy through data-driven insights.
• Creating and maintaining sophisticated forecasting models.
• Developing lead scoring, customer segmentation, and propensity models.
• Establishing engineering best practices and scalable data infrastructure.
• Communicating complex analyses and recommendations to executives.
• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field.
• 12+ years of experience in data science and analytics (or 10+ years with a PhD).
• 6+ years managing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, or Capacity on their data needs.
• Proven track record of driving product strategy through data insights.
• Deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
