Anthropic is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise Engineering team, a crucial part of the Claude for Work initiative. This role involves building and leading a high-performing engineering team focused on creating trustworthy AI experiences for business customers. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with product, design, sales, customer success, and professional services teams to deliver features that drive adoption and retention of Claude in corporate environments.Responsibilities include:

• Building and leading a team of engineers focused on enterprise software solutions.
• Defining and executing the technical strategy for enterprise initiatives.
• Developing admin and governance features for enterprise-wide deployment.
• Ensuring enterprise compliance and security requirements are met.
• Driving the development of scalable systems for enterprise deployment.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a product-minded engineering manager.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Experience with identity management, SSO integration, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of building systems that scale from small business to enterprise customers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
