Anthropic is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to build and nurture customer relationships. The ideal candidate will develop programs that guide customers through their journey with Claude, creating advocates and building loyalty. This role involves combining storytelling with strategic program development to transform customer successes into market trust and adoption. The Customer Marketing Manager will build the foundation for how organizations understand, implement, and champion beneficial AI systems, while creating communities and experiences that deepen their engagement with Anthropic.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customer storytelling program
  • Create narratives that demonstrate Claude's impact
  • Develop multi-format customer campaigns
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Communications teams
  • Maximize story impact through amplification strategies
  • Guide Sales teams on using customer stories
  • Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing (B2B SaaS)
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling abilities
  • Experience building relationships with technical executives
  • Experience working with customers of all sizes
  • Track record of creating effective content in multiple formats
  • Expertise in amplifying customer stories
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program impact
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • History of successful collaboration across teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
