Senior People Operations Generalist

Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a Senior People Operations Generalist to join its People Services team. In this role, the individual will support a variety of projects focused on people systems, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including People Partners, Legal, IT, and Internal Tools, to build seamless experiences for employees.Role involves:

• Designing and implementing scalable People/HR processes.
• Identifying potential issues and developing preventative solutions.
• Optimizing processes in HRIS (Workday).
• Leading compliance initiatives and reporting.
• Partnering with technical teams to leverage data.
• Driving cross-functional projects.
• Creating self-service solutions for employees.
• Developing data reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of People Operations/HR experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Comfort collaborating with technical teams.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and risk management.
• Project management skills.
• Organization and detail-orientation.
• Comfort with basic data analysis and spreadsheets.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
