Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Growth to drive user acquisition, monetization, and retention for its AI products. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies while maintaining a commitment to safety and beneficial AI.Role involves:

• Developing and executing a product strategy focused on user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
• Leading the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive growth.
• Analyzing product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Conducting user research to understand customer needs.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives.
• Balancing rapid iteration with commitment to AI safety and ethics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth-focused roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing and user funnel optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Passion for AI technology and its potential impact on society.
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
