Product Manager, Workflows (Claude.ai)

Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Workflows to drive the development of enterprise workflows for Claude.ai. This role involves defining the product strategy for integrating Claude into specific industries and use cases, bridging the gap between its core capabilities and real-world business processes.Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing the product vision for vertical solutions and workflow integration capabilities.
• Developing a comprehensive roadmap for industry-and-role-specific solutions.
• Leading the development of turnkey workflow solutions that address specific industry pain points.
• Conducting deep research into industry-specific workflows and pain points.
• Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Applied AI teams.
• Designing extensibility frameworks and defining APIs for workflow automation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise software.
• Experience building vertical-specific solutions or workflow automation products.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into scalable product features.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise products.
