Regulatory Operations Specialist

Anthropic is seeking a Regulatory Operations Specialist to join their Regulatory Operations team. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing regulatory compliance operational processes across multiple areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at operational execution, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Support privacy and copyright compliance operational needs.
• Oversee operational processes to maintain FedRAMP accreditation.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Track compliance KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance processes.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
