Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Partners Solutions Architect to join their Applied AI team. This role is focused on cultivating technical relationships with cloud partners (AWS and GCP) and non-cloud partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Regional System Integrators (RSIs). The ideal candidate will strengthen relationships with key partners to accelerate indirect revenue and execute long-term GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise to the Anthropic partnerships team.
- Embedding with partner technical teams to support troubleshooting and evangelize Anthropic.
- Intervening directly to unblock strategic customer deals with partners.
- Collaborating with cloud and non-cloud partners to identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications.
- Representing Anthropic at partner events.
- Validating and gathering feedback on Anthropic’s products and offerings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles.
- Experience working with cloud providers and/or system integrators.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong presentation & technical communication skills.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for thinking creatively about how to use technology in a way that is safe and beneficial.
