Community Manager (Chinese-Speaking) at Scroll.io

Scroll is seeking a Chinese-Speaking Community Manager to lead engagement efforts across developer and user communities in China and the broader APAC region. As a key member of the team, this person will manage interactions across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp, ensuring Scroll's communities stay informed, engaged, and connected. The Community manager will work closely with partners, assist with translations, and organize both online and offline events to grow Scroll’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage, moderate, and grow Scroll’s Chinese-speaking communities across Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries, share updates, and ensure a positive and collaborative environment.
• Plan, host, and attend online and offline events to engage developers and users.
• Translate technical and marketing materials from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• Build relationships with developers, local businesses, and KOLs to expand Scroll’s presence in APAC.
• Identify opportunities to scale community engagement across social media and messaging platforms.
• Track feedback and report insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Located in Asia.
• Experience managing and growing online communities.
• Familiarity with engaging both developer and user communities in the crypto space.
• Experience organizing and hosting online and offline events.
