Anthropic is seeking a Startup Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with fast-growing startups. The Account Executive will use their consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth and become a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI. This role involves collaborating with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine the value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning.Responsibilities include:
  • Winning new business and driving revenue.
  • Designing and executing innovative sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3-7 years of experience prospecting and closing startup leads.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of selling into the DACH region.
  • Ability to think strategically about market opportunities.
  • Familiarity working within complex sales cycles.
  • Success as a strategic business advisor.
  • Exposure to negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication skills.
