Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Startup Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with fast-growing startups. The Account Executive will use their sales expertise to increase revenue and become a trusted partner to customers, helping them integrate and deploy AI solutions.
The role involves collaborating with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine the company's value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and translate plans into targeted sales activities.
- Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
- Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback.
- Refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks and best practices.
- Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience prospecting and closing startup leads.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proven track record of selling into the French region.
- Familiarity working within complex sales cycles.
- Success as a strategic business advisor.
- Exposure to negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical approach to understanding customer needs.
