Job Description

Anthropic is seeking an experienced GTM Programs Startup Lead to drive the adoption of its AI capabilities within the startup ecosystem. This role involves designing and executing innovative programs that enable startups to easily access and utilize Anthropic's advanced AI models. The primary goal is to scale Anthropic's reach and impact by engaging with startups directly and through partnerships with leading cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading Anthropic's startup go-to-market strategy.
• Creating startup-focused offerings, pricing models, and growth initiatives.
• Building relationships with key startup influencers and venture capitalists.
• Coordinating with Anthropic's cloud partners to align startup programs.
• Creating enablement content and training to help startups utilize Anthropic's technology.
• Planning and executing startup-focused events and campaigns.
• Gathering product feedback and representing the needs of the startup community.
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the success of startup initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or product management.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market programs.
• Experience enabling sales teams and delivering training on technical products.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the positive impact of AI.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
