Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Security Risk Analyst to join their Compliance Team and help build and scale their risk management function. This role involves adapting established risk frameworks to manage security and compliance risks in the AI landscape. The Risk Analyst will report to the Head of Compliance and will be responsible for bringing clarity to complex risk scenarios, developing innovative assessment methodologies, and ensuring the risk management approach scales with Anthropic's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and evaluate submitted risks.
- Drive collaborative engagement with stakeholders.
- Contribute to and maintain the Controls Portfolio.
- Partner with the Risk Management Lead to analyze and report on key risk metrics.
- Shape the evolution of the risk management program.
- Ensure the effectiveness of risk management controls.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance roles.
- Experience navigating compliance challenges within high-growth organizations.
- Deep understanding of information security risks, controls, and threat models.
- Hands-on experience with security frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and HIPAA.
- Excel at quantitative risk analysis.
- Ability to translate complex security risks for diverse stakeholders.
