Analytics Consultant & Associate Analytics Consultant

Job Description

SuccessKPI is seeking an Analytics Consultant to help organizations solve complex business and technology problems. The Analytics Consultant will interact with internal senior leadership and quickly ramp up to interact with customers and prospects. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and deliver innovative call center analytics solutions. The consultant will also work closely with IT and business clients to align business needs with technical capabilities, design and build systems using AI/Machine Learning technology, and conduct client sessions.

What this role involves:

• Leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative call center analytics solutions
• Working with client and consultant teams to design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack
• Conducting and participating in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations
• Documenting best practices to increase our knowledge base

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years relevant work experience in data & analytics focused role for Analytics Consultant / 1+ years for Associate Analytics Consultant
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving approach
• Adaptability in ambiguous environments
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
• Data analytics experience (PowerBI /Tableau/MicroStrategy), a plus
• CCaaS experience (Genesys Cloud, TalkDesk, AWS Connect), a plus
• Completion of 1+ AWS certification or related cloud experience, a plus
