Job Description
CloudSEK is seeking a Threat Intelligence Lead to spearhead threat intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic and operational excellence in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to enhance the company's security posture and contribute directly to organizational growth. He/she will have a proven track record in leading threat intelligence teams, designing proactive defense strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to align security efforts with business objectives.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with customer success and engineering teams to refine detection mechanisms and automate threat intelligence workflows.
- Leading advanced threat hunting and malware analysis.
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of cybersecurity researchers and analysts.
- Producing high-quality, technical reports on research findings.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to customers during security incidents.
- Designing and executing a comprehensive threat intelligence strategy aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in threat research/analysis, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS/cybersecurity firms preferred.
- Proficiency in threat intel platforms, OSINT tools, and malware analysis.
- Deep knowledge of APT groups, ransomware trends, and TTPs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams, drive ARR growth, and improve customer retention.
- CISSP, GIAC (GCTI, GCFA), CEH, or equivalent certifications.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
