Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Coworking Intern for their Vienna location. The intern will be the face of the coworking space, ensuring members have a great experience. They will welcome guests, give tours, host events, and assist with daily operations.

• Welcoming guests and providing tours of the coworking space.
• Hosting community events and facilitating connections between members.
• Assisting with coffee preparation and service.
• Coordinating leads and managing membership records.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coworking space.
• Providing support to coworkers and potential members.

• Currently enrolled in a University.
• Studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be studying within the EU.
