Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Description

SuccessKPI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant. This role involves solving customer problems in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will partner with sales teams during the presales process, deliver product demonstrations, and assist in building business cases for customers. They will also run discovery workshops, create customized demos, and find creative solutions to unique business problems.

• Running discovery workshops with business users.
• Partnering with sales teams through the presales process.
• Creating and presenting customized demos.
• Finding creative solutions to business problems.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Creating and managing proof of concepts.
• Representing the company at conferences and events.
• Responding to RFP requests.

Requirements:

• BS or BA Degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience with CCaaS platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with multiple customer interaction channels.
• Experience in a consultative approach in a presales or customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to travel to partner and customer locations when required.
