Role involves: - Contributing to the local sales strategy.
- Building partnerships for cross- and upselling.
- Maintaining existing partnerships and creating offers.
- Monitoring and optimizing allocations within the hotel.
- Identifying business opportunities through market analysis.
- Building a network of partners in business, education, and leisure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop commercial strategies.
- Organizing events and identifying new guest experience opportunities.
- Actively cross- and upselling to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
- Exemplify TSH brand values and product knowledge.
- Self-organized and able to plan own work.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and network in Vienna's hospitality sector.
- Proactive, hands-on, and ambitious.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Work permit for Austria.
