    Role involves:
  • Contributing to the local sales strategy.
  • Building partnerships for cross- and upselling.
  • Maintaining existing partnerships and creating offers.
  • Monitoring and optimizing allocations within the hotel.
  • Identifying business opportunities through market analysis.
  • Building a network of partners in business, education, and leisure.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop commercial strategies.
  • Organizing events and identifying new guest experience opportunities.
  • Actively cross- and upselling to enhance guest experience and revenue.
    Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Exemplify TSH brand values and product knowledge.
  • Self-organized and able to plan own work.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and network in Vienna's hospitality sector.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and ambitious.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Work permit for Austria.
