Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join their team in Berlin. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting both the kitchen crew and service team. The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by keeping it impeccably clean.
Role Involves:
- Keeping all kitchen work areas clean.
- Cleaning all cookware and dining materials.
- Maintaining clean floors.
- Removing broken or defective cooking/dining equipment.
- Ensuring that food items are well stocked.
- Occasionally assisting with food preparation.
Requirements:
- Energetic, hard-working, and organized.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on mindset with experience in similar high-volume restaurants.
- Flexibility over shifts with no restrictions on the day of the week or time of day.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany.
