Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Bartender (F/M/X) to join their team in Toulouse, France. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and possess a strong understanding of mixology and bar operations. They will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing excellent customer service. The Bartender will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Role involves:
- Crafting and serving cocktails, mocktails, beers, and other beverages
- Creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
- Taking orders and ensuring smooth bar operations
- Keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless
- Following safety, health, and compliance guidelines
- Supporting the restaurant team when needed
- Sharing bartending knowledge with colleagues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bartending, mixology, or a hospitality/bar environment (a plus)
- A passion for crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Fluency in English and French (bonus points for extra languages!)
- A team-player mentality with a proactive, positive attitude
