Front Office Host (Part Time)

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a part-time Front Office Host for its Toulouse location from May to the end of September. The Community Host will operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The role involves providing a flawless welcome and check-in, offering excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engaging in conversations to make stays unforgettable. The host will be knowledgeable about the hotel's products and services, cross-selling them to guests.

• Welcoming guests and assisting them at self-check-in kiosks.
• Preparing and serving local dishes and beverages, including coffee and cocktails.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all front-of-house areas.
• Assisting guests with requests related to hotel facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle responsibility and manage stressful peak periods.
• Fluency in English and French.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in France.
