Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Bartender - F&B Host for their Florence Lavagnini location. This role involves crafting drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology and creating memorable experiences for guests. They will also be responsible for promoting the hotel's products and services, and acting as a concierge, providing guests with information about the local area.
What this role involves:
- Crafting and serving a variety of drinks, including signature cocktails.
- Providing a warm welcome to all guests.
- Preparing and serving local dishes.
- Answering guest questions and providing recommendations about the city.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests related to hotel facilities.
Requirements:
- Expertise in mixology.
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Must be a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Italy.
