The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host / Barista for their Florence location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and creating a memorable experience for guests. This role involves operating the coffee and sandwich corner, preparing beverages and food, and providing information about the hotel and the city. TSH is known for breaking the rules in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and sandwiches.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Assisting guests with requests related to other hotel services.

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hardworking, responsible, and proactive.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in Italy.
