Bartender

Job Description

The Social Hub is seeking a Bartender for its Rome location. The Social Hub Rome, located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, features 392 rooms, a large park, co-working spaces, restaurants, and a rooftop pool. The Bartender will provide excellent service, craft coffee and tea drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Role involves:

• Preparing and serving teas, coffees, and espresso beverages.
• Maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
• Engaging with guests and providing recommendations.
• Operating coffee machines and equipment.
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with front-of-house duties.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing local recommendations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or hotel.
• Passion for coffees and teas and knowledge of brewing methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in Italy.
