Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Night Front Office Supervisor for their Florence location. This role involves ensuring guests have the best possible experience and supervising all aspects of hotel operations during the night. The ideal candidate will be a skilled connector, responsible for the hotel's smooth running and guest satisfaction.
Role Involves:
- Supervising and assisting front of house staff.
- Handling guest and team member inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining an overview of hotel operations and resolving technical issues.
- Sharing knowledge and assisting team members.
- Networking with the guest community and catering to their needs.
- Spreading positive vibes and ensuring a fun environment.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle responsibility and stressful periods.
- Legal authorization to work in Italy.
