The role requires creating and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, covering customer acquisition to retention. The manager will run global campaigns, lifecycle activation, and experimentation to enhance performance, providing data-driven insights to refine the hotel marketing strategy.Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end funnel performance.
- Analyzing buying behaviors and personas.
- Developing positioning and messaging.
- Conducting competitive analysis.
- Implementing marketing plans and overseeing global campaigns.
- Creating and executing experimentation roadmaps.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing activities.
- Coordinating with local marketing teams.
- Managing campaign budgets.
- Leading business marketing strategy and go-to-market campaigns.
