Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic F&B Host for their Rotterdam location. This role is at the forefront of guest interaction, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional TSH experience.

The F&B Host will operate in all front-of-house areas, providing a warm welcome, assisting with self-check-in, and delivering outstanding service in the restaurant and bars. They will also serve as a city concierge, offering recommendations and answering guest inquiries.

What this role involves:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with self-check-in.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, including coffee and cocktails.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest questions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests related to facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle responsibility and manage stressful periods.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in The Netherlands.
