The Social Hub is seeking a Community & Events Manager Intern to transform its Amsterdam City location into a vibrant hub for events. This role involves connecting with the community, assisting in event planning, and acting as a key contact for community activations. The intern will also build relationships with partners, manage social media channels, and attend local networking events.
What this role involves:
  • Actively connect with the semester, co-working, hotel, and extended stay community.
  • Assist with setting up ongoing events for the internal community.
  • Serve as a key contact for events and community activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners for recurring events.
  • Host and engage with local student ambassadors.
  • Create and deliver digital content based on marketing briefings.
  • Manage local TSH social channels within brand guidelines.
  • Attend and participate in local network events.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an EU school or university.
  • Outgoing and confident personality.
  • Natural interest in connecting with people.
  • Professional and responsible with the ability to work independently.
  • Super social, flexible, motivated, and humorous.
  • Visionary with ideas for growing the company’s connector strategy.
  • Communicative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Calm under pressure and exceptionally organized.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
