Rooftop Bar Manager

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Rooftop Bar Manager in Glasgow to oversee the daily operations of its rooftop bar. The Rooftop Bar Manager will report to the Rooftop General Manager and collaborate with other departments to ensure outstanding service and achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will create an unforgettable rooftop experience, making it a premier destination in Glasgow.Role involves:

• Building and developing the bar team.
• Managing day-to-day bar operations.
• Creating memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborating on marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Managing costs, revenue, and profits.
• Working with kitchen and other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a rooftop bar or similar venue.
• At least 1 year in an F&B leadership role.
• Ability to inspire a team and create accountability.
• Composure under pressure and clear communication skills.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Attention to detail in service and operations.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluent in English.
