Rooftop General Manager

Job Description

The Social Hub is seeking a Rooftop General Manager for its Glasgow location. This role involves leading the rooftop venue, overseeing restaurant and bar operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will work alongside the Senior Opening Manager and Head Chef, taking ownership of team building, service delivery, financial results, and marketing events.

• Crafting and implementing strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
• Leading and motivating the Rooftop team
• Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution
• Maintaining a top-notch guest experience
• Managing the budget and driving profitability
• Collaborating with other Hub Managers

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a restaurant, bar, or similar venue
• 3+ years in a leadership role within F&B, generating €1m+ annually
• Creativity and operational excellence
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent financial acumen
• Passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English
