Legal Operations & Contract Lead

Loka, a fast-growing software consultancy, is seeking a Legal Operations & Contract Lead to streamline its legal infrastructure. The ideal candidate will own the contract lifecycle process, ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating risks. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and external counsel to protect the company's interests while maintaining momentum.About Company:Loka partners with startups and enterprises to build breakthrough products in AI, healthcare, life sciences, and other cutting-edge industries. They are known for their nimble, creative approach and commitment to helping clients move fast without compromising regulations.Role Involves:

• Driving the full lifecycle of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs.
• Building and refining scalable systems for legal operations.
• Partnering with outside legal counsel on complex matters.
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Compliance to align contracts with business objectives.
• Maintaining data privacy, IP, employment law, and healthcare compliance.
• Implementing and managing contract lifecycle and AI tech.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations or contract management.
• Experience in software consultancy, SaaS, or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience meeting with customers, stakeholders, and external counsel.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
