Job Description
SurePay, a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company, is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand its partner ecosystem. The Partner Manager will be responsible for building strategic relationships with systems integrators, driving growth, and strengthening market presence.
The role involves relationship management and business development, requiring collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to uncover new opportunities. The primary focus is on managing and nurturing long-term partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating on joint campaigns and co-selling initiatives.
The position also includes overseeing partner enablement training, certifications, events, and communication efforts while regularly analysing performance data to identify ways to enhance engagement and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable partner strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with systems integrators and other strategic partners
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and co-branded campaigns
- Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and success
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and resource support
- Monitor partner performance using data and KPIs to refine strategy and optimize outcomes
- Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry meetups
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships, particularly in the banking and financial services space
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and partner sales motions
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and working across cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link partner activities to company goals
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a strong advantage
