Pushpay is seeking a People Analytics & Systems Manager to join their People & Culture team in Auckland. This role involves owning the analytics, tools, and reporting that drive the company's people strategy. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, partnering with HR and business leaders to strengthen company culture.

Role Involves:

  • Leading people reporting and analytics.
  • Administering HR tools.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with payroll and other teams.
  • Contributing strategically to compensation framework reviews and automation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of people processes.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience managing multiple HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation in HR.
