Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to join their team in Warsaw. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, setting up trading accounts, and executing FX deals. The Corporate Relationship Manager will provide expert advice and strategies to clients to minimize their FX risk, while also contributing to Ebury's growth.Responsibilities:
  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management.
  • Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination.
  • Understand client's business environments and provide tailored solutions.
  • Know the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s Banking solutions.
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including revenue generation and client retention.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Originate new business via networking with existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong Financial Services sales experience (sales/relationship management role).
  • Experience working in a commercial bank dealing with SMEs and corporate clients or relevant experience in FX specialist, cash management etc.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Business/finance academic background is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • First-class communication and negotiation skills.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
  • Professional level of English along with fluency in Romanian.
