Job Description
Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to join their team in Athens. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for trading account setup, ongoing relationship management, and FX deal execution. This role involves providing expert advice and strategies to clients to minimize their FX risk challenges, planning and executing deals, and contributing to Ebury’s growth.
The role involves:
- Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management.
- Executing FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers.
- Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination.
- Understanding client's business environments and strategies.
- Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Expanding existing business and providing feedback to technology and product managers.
- Originating new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
Requirements:
- Strong Financial Services sales experience (sales/relationship management role).
- Experience of working in a commercial bank dealing with SMEs and corporate clients or relevant experience in FX specialist, cash management etc.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Business/finance academic background would be a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- First-class communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator.
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
- Professional level of English along with fluency in Greek.
