Key Account Director - Institutional Solutions

Job Description

Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Key Account Director - Institutional Solutions to expand its client base in Switzerland. The role is based in Zurich.

The Key Account Director will be responsible for promoting Ebury's Institutional brand through direct sales, attending events, networking within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Alternative Investment Funds, and partnering with Corporate Service Providers, Law Firms, Depositories, and Fund Administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund eco-system (investment managers, corporate service providers and fund administrators), understanding their payment, cash management, and FX requirements.
• Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client’s entire international payment needs and Forex solutions
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as, FX dealing and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients
• Leveraging the global footprint of Ebury to service our clients in a truly global way

Requirements:

• Proven track record of business development within FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services / fund administration selling to institutional clients in Switzerland.
• Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills
• Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels
• Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and a good understanding of the fund space in Switzerland .
• Based in Zurich
• Speaking German is required, speaking French is a plus
