Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an FX Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Düsseldorf. The role involves developing prospects, coaching and mentoring team members, pitching and closing deals, and managing customer relationships. The FX Sales Manager will also implement regional sales programs, ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology, and participate in recruitment and training.

Role Involves:

Requirements:

  • Track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
  • Financial Services experience and network.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
  • Fluent English and German.
