The Senior Talent Partner will support hiring efforts across the UK and US markets, focusing on commercial and GTM roles. They will act as a trusted partner for hiring managers and leadership, leveraging their knowledge of talent landscapes to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to build strategic hiring plans.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer brand.
• Leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the UK and US talent markets.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
