Blacklane is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding Americas team. This role focuses on driving growth and developing strategic partnerships within the account portfolio. The Account Manager will lead Blacklane's global cruise partnerships, optimizing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to address client needs effectively. The ideal candidate will be a natural-born seller who thrives in both autonomous and team environments.
Role involves:
- Leading Blacklane's global cruise partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Blacklane's solutions and services.
- Monitoring and presenting account performance metrics.
- Representing Blacklane at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within the cruise sector.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, G-Suite products, and Salesforce / CRM.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
