Job Description
Blacklane is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Berlin to manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. The role involves nurturing relationships and driving growth across accounts. The Senior Account Manager will develop tailored strategies to maximize revenue, identify whitespace opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery. They will collaborate with internal teams and leverage innovative solutions to position Blacklane as the premier choice for premium mobility services.
Role involves:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Blacklane's solutions.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitoring account performance metrics and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Representing Blacklane at industry events and client meetings.
- Providing feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Staying updated on market trends and client priorities.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage complex projects and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong team player and relationship-oriented.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Target and numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
- Fluent in German with excellent English skills.
