Job Description
Blacklane is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients in Berlin. This role involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and position Blacklane as the preferred choice for premium mobility solutions.
Role Involves:
- Serving as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategic client plans to increase revenue.
- Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities for sustainable mobility solutions.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs.
- Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Representing Blacklane at industry events and conferences.
- Monitoring market trends and client priorities.
- Relaying client feedback to internal teams for service and product improvements.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in key or senior account management, ideally in mobility, premium services, or technology.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- High self-motivation, assertiveness, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
