Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Solution Engineer to join their team. This role is heavily involved in the pre-sales process for cutting-edge technology projects, primarily with Amazon Connect. The Solution Engineer will work closely with the VP of Solutions Engineering, demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash services and products for Salesforce. They will build technical credibility through compelling demonstrations and create accurate and competitive proposals for projects.
Role involves:
- Demonstrating Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
- Leading discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
- Gathering requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects
- Creating compelling demos and delivering to customers and prospects
- Creating and modifying Proposals SOW’s and create responses to RFP’s
- Maintaining and updating lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce
- Acting as a liaison between the sales and the technical team
- Providing customer feedback and solutions to product management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service cloud platform & architecture
- Strong customer facing skills
- Attention towards detail with great communication skills
