Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their Service Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Service Cloud Practice Lead to bring Salesforce project implementations to life. They will work with customers to understand their business, identify requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch solutions. Role Involves:
  • Facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
  • Translating customer requirements into Salesforce designs.
  • Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Developing technical requirements and specifications.
  • Driving best practice UX design.
  • Managing projects and customer communications.
  • Delivering customer end-user training and documentation.
  • Overseeing successful project completion.
  • Leading vision and strategy discussions.
  • Partnering with the Artificial Intelligence team.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project experience in technical consulting and project management.
  • 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
  • Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics (preferred).
  • Ability to document requirements for technical resources.
  • Experience leading multiple Salesforce project deployments.
  • Professional experience owning the end-to-end SDLC.
  • Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Certifications: One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder); multiple certifications preferred
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
