Job Description
BlueCrest is seeking a RAD Developer to join their Front Office RAD Technology team in London. This role involves facing off to traders and meeting their RAD tool requirements, ranging from risk reports to trading workflow systems. The ideal candidate will have front office experience and a desire to deliver solutions that are highly visible and valued by business sponsors.
Role Involves:
- Maintaining and building trading desk tools.
- Gathering requirements from traders and risk desk users.
- Designing and implementing pragmatic solutions.
- Developing Excel front ends underpinned by C# library functions.
- Working with Mongo and SQL Server databases.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Technology.
- Proficiency in C#, Excel, VBA, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments (Fixed Income or Derivatives).
- Familiarity with Python (advantageous).
- Understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
