Job Description
DRW is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to join their team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identity security and have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design and deploy effective IAM solutions, managing entitlement reviews, and implementing PAM solutions. The engineer will also enhance user behavior analytics, advance authentication methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What this role involves:
  • Designing, engineering, and maintaining IAM security policies and solutions.
  • Collaborating with security, technology, and trading teams.
  • Developing and managing processes for entitlement reviews.
  • Implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Enhancing user behavior analytics and insider risk programs.
  • Advancing the implementation of authentication methods like Passwordless Authentication and MFA.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for identity security incidents.
  • Leveraging automation to optimize identity security processes.

Requirements:
  • Passion for identity security.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.
  • Experience with federated identity solutions.
  • Expertise in PAM, Passwordless Authentication, JWT, and MFA solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards.
  • Experience with identity platforms like Active Directory, EntraID, Okta, Duo, or Ping Identity.
  • Proficiency in conducting entitlement reviews.
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages.
  • Proactive and responsive in managing identity security incidents.
  • Effective communication skills.

What this role offers:
  • Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000.
