Job Description

DRW, a technology-driven trading firm, is seeking a C++ Software Engineer to enhance its Asia Equity Options business. The role involves developing and improving low-latency trade execution systems. The engineer will collaborate with research and trading teams, utilizing cutting-edge technologies in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing high-availability systems in C++ and Python.
• Analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitating discussions on code implementation and software architecture.
• Driving projects and leading new initiatives.
• Resolving design and coding issues.
• Evaluating new technologies for integration.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of C++, boost, STL.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the trading industry.
• Experience with options or derivative products.
• Background in multi-threaded programming.
• Comfortable with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Research teams and Quants.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
