DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead for its Platform Services team. This role involves leading a team that owns critical components of DRW's software platform, focusing on productizing services that simplify interactions between development teams and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and project ownership capabilities.

The Software Engineer Team Lead will be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving project delivery, and engaging in hands-on software development. They will also contribute to system and architecture design discussions, ensuring the development of high-quality platform services.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Driving project ownership from defining requirements to ensuring timely delivery.
• Engaging in hands-on software development and support activities.
• Contributing to system and architecture design discussions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of server-side development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with system and architecture design principles.
